Recipient Criteria

• A graduating High School Senior

• A photograph of yourself

• At least a 2.50 cumulative grade point average  ( 9^th grade thru 12^th grade)

• A High School transcript

• Exhibit a financial need as determined by the scholarship committee based upon a detailed explanation from the applicant as to why the Scholarship is needed.

• The recipient must have the recommendations of three adults in the community, two of which must be a teacher that has taught the recipient within the last three years and another responsible individual (i.e. a Sunday school teacher, coach, employer, or etc.)

• The recipient must write a short summary of at least 500 words explaining why the awarding of the scholarship to him or her is in the best interest of the community. 

• The recipient should be a member of Full Counsel.

• Recipient must be enrolled in an accredited college/ university within six months of the scholarship offer or the scholarship will be withdrawn from the recipient.

• The Scholarship money will be paid to the college/university upon enrollment.
